Having spent three decades in the corporate world, I came to a profound realization after I departed: there exists a multitude of individuals within these organizations brimming with skills, talents, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Unfortunately, they often lack the knowledge of how to channel these qualities toward forging their own career paths. Personally, when I experienced a layoff, I deliberately chose not to return to the corporate realm.
